At Bbandco, we carefully select each item in our collection with the same attention we give to your shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our refined baby care products, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collection:
- Accessoires Cheveux (hair accessories)
- Accessoires de toilette (toilet accessories)
- Attache-tétines (pacifier clips)
- Bavoirs bébé (baby bibs)
- Bavoirs-Bandanas (bandana bibs)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is as simple and elegant as our products:
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line « Return Request » and include the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (the same timeframe as our order processing), our Paris-based customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please carefully package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange with the same care we put into preparing your original order.
Refund Timeline
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after return approval (processing times vary by financial institution)
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
